Position Overview:

We are seeking teachers who demonstrate strong, confident classroom management as a core strength. This role requires a teacher who can establish structure, maintain consistency, and confidently lead a classroom of young learners while creating a nurturing, Christ-centered environment. Candidates should be comfortable setting clear expectations and following through with consistency. Familiarity with the Abeka curriculum is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the classroom with strong management, structure, and clear behavioral expectations Establish and consistently enforce routines and procedures Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects Integrate biblical principles into daily instruction Foster a positive, Christ-centered learning environment Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with families Adapt instruction to meet student needs

Qualifications:
