Our mission is to prepare students for Kindergarten and beyond while nurturing their faith, character, and love for learning.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and nurturing Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a heart for working with young children, experience in early childhood education, and a commitment to providing a safe, engaging, and faith-based classroom environment. Responsibilities Support and/or lead the daily classroom schedule and age-appropriate lesson plans. Help implement a Christian, developmentally appropriate curriculum that encourages spiritual, social, emotional, and academic growth. Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment . Provide regular feedback, assessments, and documentation of classroom activities. Partner with parents through effective communication and relationship-building. Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to create a supportive and Christ-centered school culture. Requirements Previous experience in a preschool, childcare center, or early childhood setting. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices in early childhood education. Strong classroom management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to integrate Christian values and lessons into the daily curriculum. Reliability and flexibility to work the required schedule (9:00AM - 6:00PM, Monday-Friday). Why Join Us? Competitive pay:
