Small Steps Granbury is hiring an Infant Teacher in Granbury, TX Summary We are currently seeking a loving, dependable, and energetic Infant Teacher to join our childcare team! We have two part-time shifts available: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM The ideal candidate is passionate about working with infants, creating a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting each child's growth and development. Duties Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants ages 6 weeks-12 months Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Follow daily schedules for feeding, diapering, naps, and activities Engage infants in age-appropriate learning and sensory activities Communicate professionally with parents regarding their child's day Maintain proper supervision and ensure all licensing regulations are followed Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members Complete daily reports and classroom documentation as required Requirements Must be dependable, punctual, and caring Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred Ability to lift, carry, and actively care for infants throughout the day Ability to get down on the floor with the littles Strong communication and teamwork skills Must pass background check and meet state licensing requirements CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or willing to obtain) High School Diploma or GED required Benefits Supportive and positive work environment Consistent weekday schedule — no weekends Opportunities for professional growth and training Discounted childcare (if applicable) Paid training and professional development Competitive pay based on experience
