Early Childcare Educator

Job Summary We are seeking a caring, dependable Early Childcare Educator to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. This role supports daily routines, promotes early development, and builds strong relationships with families. Experience preferred; but we are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about working with infants and toddlers. Duties Provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants and toddlers Implement age-appropriate activities that support early learning and developmental milestones Follow consistent daily routines for feeding, diapering, napping, and play Build strong, responsive relationships with children to support emotional security and growth Observe and document children's development and communicate progress with families Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment Follow all state licensing regulations and health and safety standards Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive and supportive classroom Use positive guidance techniques to support behavior and social development Qualifications Previous experience in a licensed childcare setting or early childhood program preferred Strong understanding of infant/toddler development and age-appropriate practices Ability to create a nurturing, structured, and engaging learning environment Excellent communication skills with both children and families Dependable, patient, and professional with a positive attitude CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Ability to meet state licensing requirements, including background check Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively We welcome experienced educators and are also willing to train a motivated candidate who is passionate about working with infants and toddlers.
