  • Part-time, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Childcare Provider to create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for infants and young children.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting early childhood development through engaging activities, attentive caregiving, and effective classroom management. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a positive atmosphere where children feel secure, loved, and eager to explore. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a vibrant, supportive setting. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to infants, including feeding, diapering,,caring for and comforting as need Design and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional development Maintain a safe and clean environment by following health and safety guidelines at all times Monitor children's behavior and apply positive behavior management techniques to encourage good habits Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and daily experiences Support classroom organization by preparing materials and managing routines efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent caregiving practices and uphold program standards Skills Proven experience in infant care, toddler care, or early childhood education in daycare or classroom settings Knowledge of childhood development milestones and best practices in early childhood education Ability to implement behavior management strategies that foster positive social interactions Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong classroom management skills to maintain an organized learning environment Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Familiarity with caregiving techniques such as nannying or babysitting in diverse settings Join us as an Infant Childcare Provider to inspire young minds, support families, and contribute to the growth of our community's future!
