Infant Teacher

In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants, supporting their growth through attentive caregiving and innovative teaching strategies. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and stimulate curiosity in infants Provide attentive care, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and ensuring overall well-being of infants in your care Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones, behaviors, and individual needs to tailor activities accordingly Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Collaborate with families to communicate daily updates on their child's progress and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy Manage classroom routines efficiently while fostering positive behavior management techniques Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols and emergency procedures Experience Prior experience working with infants in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting is highly preferred (Montessori experience a plus). Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Experience in classroom management within early childhood education environments Certification in first aid and CPR is required. Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
