Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their educational journey. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
  • Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and express themselves
  • Provide individualized attention and support to each child based on their unique needs and abilities
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child's progress and development
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and enriching educational experience for all students
  • Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and promote positive behavior
  • Incorporate math, literacy education, and other subjects into daily lessons to enhance overall learning
  • Implement strategies for tutoring students who may require additional support or have special education needs
  • Monitor and assess student progress through observation, assessments, and evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant child welfare regulations and guidelines
Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
  • Proficient in classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior
