Develop and implement lesson plans Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children Monitor and assess student progress Communicate effectively with parents and staff Participate in professional development and training

Requirements:

Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting Knowledge of early childhood development and education Strong communication and interpersonal skills CPR and First Aid certification Patient, nurturing, and energetic demeanor
