18 month old Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher to nurture and educate children aged 18 -24 months. This vital role involves creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment that promotes early childhood development. As an 18-24 month-old Teacher, you will be responsible for fostering curiosity, supporting social-emotional growth, and laying the foundation for lifelong learning. Your enthusiasm and expertise will inspire young learners and contribute to their overall well-being and academic readiness. Duties Implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that support early literacy, math, physical education, and social skills tailored for 18-24 month-olds Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management Engage children in activities that promote developmental milestones such as language acquisition, motor skills, and emotional regulation Collaborate with families to share progress updates, discuss developmental goals, and provide guidance on early childhood education practices Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times to promote child welfare and secure classroom management Requirements Have a high school diploma or GED. Be able to pass a background check. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
