Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. The Daycare Teacher will be responsible for implementing educational activities, managing classroom behavior, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in their care. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote childhood development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for all children. Provide care for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and encourage positive behavior. Support children with special needs or disabilities through tailored activities and individualized attention. Engage with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and daycare facilities. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational program. Experience Previous experience working in daycare or preschool settings is requiered. Strong understanding of childhood development principles and practices. Experience with behavior management strategies is requiered. Familiarity with first aid practices is a plus; certification is encouraged. Classroom experience that demonstrates effective teaching methods and engagement strategies.
