Job Description

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and dependable Toddler Teacher to work with children ages 18 months to 3 years. The teacher will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment that supports early development through play, exploration, and routine.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive care and supervision to toddlers at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development Maintain a structured daily routine (meals, naps, play, learning time) Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment Support children in developing independence and self-help skills Use positive guidance and redirection techniques for behavior management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Communicate daily with parents about their child's progress and needs Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
Requirements:
Previous experience working with 18 months - 3 years old children. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.
