Daycare Teacher

Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that foster cognitive, physical activity, language/communication and social-emotional growth. Provide attentive care and support Manage classroom activities to ensure a positive, inclusive atmosphere conducive to learning and play. Use effective behavior management techniques to promote good conduct and emotional regulation among children. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Maintain detailed records of classroom activities and child development Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons, organize activities, and ensure compliance with childcare standards and early childhood education best practices. Requirements Experience working with children in a daycare or preschool setting, including classroom management and lesson planning. (preferred but not mandatory) Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention techniques. Familiarity with curriculum development across various subjects Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Ability to implement behavior management strategies that support positive social interactions. Commitment to child welfare, safety protocols, and classroom experience that emphasizes inclusive practices for diverse learners. Must be able to pass a background check. Pay:

$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
