Younger Years Childcare Centers is looking for a flexible, dependable, and enthusiastic Floater to support our classrooms across various age groups. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety in their day and are passionate about helping children learn and grow in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead teachers in multiple classrooms as needed Provide a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children of different age groups Help with daily classroom activities, transitions, and supervision Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the center Step in to support staff during breaks, absences, or high-demand periods Follow all center policies and state childcare regulations
Qualifications:
Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred, but not required Adaptable and comfortable working with different age groups Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable, positive, and proactive attitude Genuine passion for working with children
