In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where young children can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for teaching and caring for children will help foster their social, emotional, and cognitive development. As a vital part of our daycare community, you will implement age-appropriate activities, ensure safety, and support each child's unique needs to promote a positive and enriching experience for every child. Responsibilities Plan and execute engaging daily activities that promote childhood development, including preschool, toddler care, and infant care routines. Provide attentive supervision and care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Implement classroom management strategies to maintain a positive learning environment. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention. Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding each child's progress, behavior, and needs. Assist with classroom organization, cleanliness, and supply management to create an inviting space for children. Apply first aid when necessary and follow health protocols to ensure a safe environment for all children. Qualifications Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education settings is preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in childcare. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in special education is a plus. Strong classroom management skills with the ability to handle behavioral challenges effectively. Compassionate caregiving attitude with excellent communication skills for engaging with children and parents. Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to nurturing young learners.
