Full Job Description Lead Infant Guide Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate Lead Infant Guide to provide exceptional care and support to infants in our program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and safe environment that promotes the overall well-being and development of infants in our care. As a Lead Infant Guide, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive learning experience for our youngest learners.

Duties:

Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that support infants' social, emotional, and cognitive development. Providing individualized care and attention to each infant, taking into account their unique needs and preferences. Maintaining a safe and clean environment for infants, ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed. Communicating effectively with parents and caregivers regarding the progress and well-being of each infant. Collaborating with team members to create a cohesive and supportive atmosphere within the infant program. Monitoring infants closely during all activities, including mealtime, playtime, and naptime. Demonstrating respect for cultural diversity and individual differences among infants in our care. Responding promptly and appropriately to infants' needs, including comforting them when distressed.

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills: Experience in caregiving, childcare, or nannying with infants. Proficiency in classroom management techniques tailored to infant care. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices. Ability to manage behaviors effectively while promoting positive reinforcement.
