This is a paid position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the foundational stages of childhood education and caregiving. Duties Provide attentive care to children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that support childhood development, including play-based learning, educational exercises, and social interactions Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom or daycare environment that encourages exploration and creativity Monitor children's behavior and use positive behavior management techniques to promote good conduct and emotional regulation Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate daily updates on children's progress, needs, and any concerns Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play to ensure comfort and routine consistency Follow all safety protocols including first aid procedures and emergency response plans to ensure a secure environment for all children Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or babysitting/nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to create engaging activities that foster learning and social skills among young children Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, team members, and caregivers Embark on a rewarding career where your dedication helps shape the future of young learners!
