The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students. Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, including social-emotional skills, language development, and motor skills. Provide individualized support to children with special needs or disabilities, ensuring an inclusive learning experience for all. Maintain effective classroom management techniques to promote positive behavior and conflict resolution among students. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with colleagues to plan activities that enhance the educational experience for all students. Ensure the classroom is always safe, clean, and organized. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Requirements Previous experience working with toddler-aged children in a daycare or educational setting is essential. Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is required. First aid certification is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a structured yet flexible learning environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. A nurturing demeanor with the ability to build trusting relationships with young learners. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support children's emotional well-being.
