Duties Supervise children during play, meals, naps, and educational activities to ensure safety at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote development in areas such as motor skills, language, and social interaction Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in accordance with health and safety regulations Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to emergencies using proper procedures Assist with daily routines including diapering, feeding, potty training, and bedtime routines Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques Ability to manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Experience working with infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities or special needs Excellent communication skills to collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children effectively Classroom experience or daycare background demonstrating familiarity with early learning environments Join our team as a Childcare Provider if you're eager to nurture young minds, support families, and grow your expertise in childhood education.
