In this role, you will create a vibrant, safe, and engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Your dedication will help children develop essential cognitive, motor, and social skills through innovative teaching methods and personalized attention. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while fostering their love for learning from the very beginning. Duties Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, and physical education Plan engaging lesson plans that support childhood development milestones and promote active learning experiences Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive, respectful environment conducive to learning and social interaction Support children with special education needs and early intervention strategies to ensure inclusive participation Foster strong communication with parents and guardians Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity while ensuring childcare safety protocols are followed Qualifications Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, including classroom management and lesson planning Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies Familiarity with curriculum development and literacy education Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children Experience with special education practices and working with students requiring additional support is highly desirable Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs of toddlers and preschoolers Certification in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; ongoing professional development in childhood development is a plus.
