Responsibilities Provide a safe and positive classroom environment Supervise and engage children throughout the day Implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization Communicate professionally with families and coworkers Follow all licensing, health, and safety requirements Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Childcare experience preferred but not required Ability to pass required background checks Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR and First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain Preferred Experience Experience in a licensed childcare center Knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool, or pre-k age groups Benefits Paid holidays Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Opportunities for growth and advancement
