This energetic leadership position offers the opportunity to collaborate with dedicated educators, engage with families, and oversee the daily operations of a thriving preschool program. Your strategic vision and management expertise will ensure that our early childhood education standards are met while fostering a joyful and inclusive atmosphere for both students and staff. Duties Assist in developing and implementing engaging curriculum plans that promote developmental growth and learning Support the Director in strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality and community engagement Oversee daily classroom activities, ensuring adherence to educational standards and licensing Minimum Standards Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources efficiently to meet program needs and organizational goals Supervise teaching staff, providing mentorship, help with performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities Coordinate with families to communicate student progress, address concerns, and foster strong community relationships Assist in representing the preschool at public events, open houses, and community meetings through confident public speaking and leadership presence Skills Proven experience in education administration with a focus on early childhood education and classroom management Strong background in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management within an educational setting Leadership skills with experience supervising staff, managing teams, and fostering collaborative environments Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, parents, community partners, and stakeholders Working knowledge of classroom teaching practices combined with hands-on experience working directly with young students Ability to lead public speaking engagements confidently while representing the organization professionally This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence early childhood education positively while advancing your leadership career.
