We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Childcare Workers. Our ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about working with children and contributing to their development in a positive and engaging way.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Supervision and Safety:
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment for children, monitoring them at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Daily Care:
  • Assist with daily routines such as feeding, changing diapers, and helping children with their personal hygiene.
  • Activity Planning:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate the children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
  • Engagement:
  • Interact with children through play, storytelling, and other dynamic activities.
  • Observation and Reporting:
  • Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress and communicate observations to parents and staff.
  • Environment Maintenance:
  • Maintain clean, organized play and learning environments by tidying up after activities and ensuring equipment is safe and in good condition.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.
  • Parent Communication:
  • Build positive relationships with parents by providing daily feedback and updates on their childs progress and activities.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience working with children in a professional setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Basic understanding of child development principles.
  • CPR and First Aid certification are a plus.
  • Working Conditions:
  • The role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, and engaging in play with children.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the center, which may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
