We're looking for a mature, experienced professional who loves working with our youngest learners (babies and toddlers, 4 months-3 years) and PreK kids (ages 3-6 years) and can work weekday mornings. If that's you, keep reading!THE SCHEDULE
20-25 hours per week Must be able to work morning shifts, with flexibility to add evenings Shifts range from 3.5-5 hours Must be available to work all 5 weekdays, Monday- Friday mornings (required)
COMPENSATION
$14- 18/hour (based on experience)
WHAT YOU'LL TEACH
Parents and caregivers participate alongside their children while you guide movement, music, exploration, and skill-building activities. Babies (4-10 months): Sensory exploration, tummy time, bonding Crawlers (10-19 months): Movement circuits, early walking support Toddlers (20-36 months): Confidence building, beginning gymnastics skills Pre-K Classes (3- 6 years) These classes are parent-independent and focused on building listening skills, coordination, confidence, and age-appropriate gymnastics abilities through structured weekly lesson plans.
YOUR ROLE
As a Parent-Child and Prek Instructor you will: Teach engaging, high-energy classes for babies, toddlers, and young children Facilitate parent-child classes and guide caregivers through activities Lead daily shift operations and support business needs throughout the day Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming membership experience Answer phones, assist families with enrollment, and support front desk operations Sell memberships, classes, camps, and birthday parties Build lasting relationships with children and families in the community Support end-of-shift procedures and daily operational tasks Create a fun, safe, warm, and professional environment for every familyWHO WE NEED
Required:
Experience working with young children ages 4 months to 6 years old preferred (early childhood education, childcare, preschool, coaching, camp counseling, or parenting experience all valued) Passion for helping children build confidence, skills, and independence through movement and play Energetic, positive, and engaging personality with a willingness to be silly, active, and encouraging Strong communication and customer service skills with both children and adults Ability to lead classes while creating a safe, warm, and professional environment Comfortable with an active, physically engaging role that includes lifting, spotting, demonstrating skills, and being on your feet throughout shifts Background in child development, gymnastics, physical education, or related fields is helpful, but not required — paid training is providedPhysical Requirements:
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (holding kids, moving equipment) Able to get down on the floor and stand up repeatedly throughout the day Able to demonstrate movement activities (jumping, running, climbing) Able to spot and support children during physical activities Able to remain active and engaged for entire shift (no sitting) Able to participate in all class activities alongside childrenYou Are:
