The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for infants. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, managing classroom activities, and ensuring the well-being of each child in our care. The Lead Infant Teacher will collaborate with parents and staff to support the developmental needs of each child while promoting a love for learning. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that fosters cognitive, social, and emotional development. Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Oversee daily classroom activities, including infant care, behavior management, and childcare routines. Collaborate with other educators to enhance teaching strategies and share best practices. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and child welfare standards. Cleaning classroom to ensure clean environment for children.
Requirements / Preferred
Skills Experience working with infants or toddlers in a daycare or preschool setting. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Proven skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage diverse classroom behaviors and implement effective behavior management strategies.
