Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to help guide our infants in a beautiful Christian Montessori center located on the campus of Adult and Teen Challenge. First Steps Montessori Learning Center is non profit serving the local community. This is a year round program. The position is full time with 8 hours per day from 7 am to 3 pm! Montessori training is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will:
have a passion for working with infants and a minimum of two years experience desire an environment that helps children develop foundational skills that they will carry on and build upon for the rest of their lives. be looking for individual growth through ongoing professional and spiritual development, individualized mentorship and a supportive network of peers.
