Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Childcare Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a dynamic educational environment. In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that promote early childhood education, literacy, social skills, and overall childhood development. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate Montessori methods, literacy education, math skills, physical education, and early intervention strategies. Create a nurturing classroom environment that supports toddler care, preschool experience, and special education needs. Manage classroom behavior through positive behavior management techniques to ensure a respectful and productive learning atmosphere. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor each child's progress and tailor lesson plans accordingly. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote social-emotional growth, cognitive development, and motor skills. Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives. Maintain detailed records of lesson plans, student evaluations, and classroom management strategies to ensure compliance with educational standards. Incorporate teaching physical education and tutoring sessions to enhance overall child development and learning outcomes. Experience Prior classroom experience in early childhood education or daycare settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management for preschool or toddler age groups. Experience working with children with special needs or in early intervention programs is advantageous. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, colleagues, and community partners. Knowledge of childhood development principles, Montessori methods, literacy education techniques, and standardized testing procedures. Familiarity with child welfare policies and best practices in daycare or private school environments. Previous experience with teaching math, physical education, or tutoring young learners is a plus.
