We are currently hiring for Infant and Toddler classrooms . At TrustKids Academy, we provide a structured, high-quality early learning environment focused on school readiness, hands-on learning, and social-emotional development . We are looking for team members who are passionate about working with children and committed to maintaining a safe and engaging classroom. Key Responsibilities Provide active supervision and ensure the safety of all children at all times Maintain classroom ratios in accordance with licensing standards Follow daily schedules and assist with lesson plan implementation Engage children through play-based and structured activities Support daily routines (feeding, diapering, potty training, nap time) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Communicate professionally with parents and team members
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED CDA (Child Development Associate) or higher Ability to pass a background check Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Preferred:
