This role is designed for an educator who thrives in a structured learning environment, values collaboration, and is committed to delivering high-quality instruction that supports the whole child. Our teachers implement Kids 'R' Kids' proprietary, research-based curriculum and are supported by an on-site Curriculum Coordinator who provides instructional guidance, coaching, and planning support—allowing teachers to focus on what matters most: impactful teaching and meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans using the Kids 'R' Kids proprietary curriculum Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Observe, assess, and document student progress Collaborate with the Curriculum Coordinator to ensure instructional alignment and best practices Maintain open, professional communication with families and leadership Ensure compliance with state licensing standards and Kids 'R' Kids policies

Qualifications:

Previous preschool or early childhood classroom experience (Preferred) Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based structure Passion for early learning and child development
