Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans tailored to early childhood education standards, including Montessori methods when applicable. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and positive behavior management. Deliver engaging lessons in literacy, math, physical education, and other core subjects to stimulate cognitive and motor development. Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and promote respectful interactions among students. Collaborate with families to communicate student progress, behavioral insights, and developmental milestones effectively. Support children with special education needs through early intervention strategies and individualized lesson planning. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor progress and inform instructional adjustments. Qualifications Proven classroom experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or private school settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Experience with curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and toddler care. Familiarity with classroom management tools and teaching physical education activities suitable for young learners. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members. Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields preferred; Montessori experience is a plus. Ability to adapt lesson plans for diverse learning needs and incorporate innovative teaching methods such as tutoring or specialized interventions.
