Overview We are seeking a caring and dependable Daycare Infant Teacher to join our team at Bright Steps TX Daycare as we are expanding. In this role, you will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and passionate about early childhood education, with the ability to foster positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred) Bilingual Required
  • English / Spanish Minimum requirement of at least two year experience Knowledge or experience in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field preferred Must posses excellent customer service/communication skills Flexible and energetic Have the ability to juggle multiple duties Detail oriented Ability to resolve conflicts Computer proficiency, ability to learn other programs quickly Certifications•First Aid Certification Must pass a background check and FBI check Physical abilities•Must be able to bend, stoop , stand, and lift-up to 25-40 lbs.
