We are committed to high-quality care, strong family relationships, and creating a positive foundation for lifelong learning. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and patient Infant Teacher to care for and nurture infants in a structured, loving classroom environment. The ideal candidate is attentive to developmental milestones, maintains a safe and clean environment, and communicates effectively with parents and team members. Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants throughout the day Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Follow daily schedules for feeding, diapering, naps, and activities Engage infants in age-appropriate sensory and developmental activities Monitor and record feeding, diapering, and developmental progress Maintain open and professional communication with parents Follow all state licensing regulations and safety standards Work collaboratively with staff to ensure a positive learning environment Qualifications Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of infant development and safe sleep practices Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and remain active throughout the day Strong patience, dependability, and nurturing demeanor Must pass background check and meet licensing requirements Benefits & Perks Supportive, family-focused work environment Consistent daytime schedule Opportunities for training and professional growth Meaningful work making a difference in children's lives How to Apply Apply in person or send your resume to:
