Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where infants can explore, learn, and grow. Your enthusiasm for early childhood development and commitment to providing exceptional care will inspire young minds and support their foundational growth. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and curiosity in infants Provide attentive infant care, including feeding, diapering, bathing, and comforting as needed Foster a safe and clean classroom environment by maintaining hygiene standards and organizing materials effectively Engage with infants through play, storytelling, music, and sensory activities that support their developmental milestones Monitor each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's growth and needs Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including first aid procedures and emergency response plans Collaborate with team members to create individualized care plans for children with special needs or disabilities Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in infant care Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or nannying settings Proficiency in classroom management and behavior management techniques suitable for infants Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure immediate response during emergencies Ability to work effectively with children with special needs or disabilities using specialized techniques Excellent communication skills for engaging with parents, guardians, and team members Demonstrated patience, compassion, and nurturing qualities essential for caring for infants Join us in shaping the earliest moments of a child's life!
