Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. In this role, you will support children's growth and development through attentive caregiving, educational activities, and positive behavior management. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education and your ability to connect with children will help foster their curiosity, confidence, and well-being. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs Support childhood development milestones through engaging play, educational exercises, and structured routines Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards including first aid protocols Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about daily activities, progress, and any concerns Assist with feeding, diapering, nap times, and other daily routines tailored to each child's needs Manage behavior using positive reinforcement techniques and age-specific behavior management strategies Qualifications Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages Certification in first aid and CPR required or willingness to obtain upon hire Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus Strong classroom experience or daycare background demonstrating patience and adaptability Ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent communication skills Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where children thrive!
