The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their development through engaging activities and individualized care. The Child Care Teacher will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional, social, and cognitive growth of each child. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. Facilitate engaging activities that encourage exploration and creativity. Maintain effective classroom management to ensure a positive learning atmosphere. Provide individualized attention to children with special needs or requiring additional support. Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the overall educational experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the classroom. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and any concerns. Requirements Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of special education practices is a plus. First aid certification is highly desirable. Strong classroom management skills to maintain an effective learning environment. Familiarity with preschool curriculum and infant care practices is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
