We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Activity Leader to inspire, organize, and supervise a variety of fun, educational, and developmental activities for children of all ages. Duties Plan, organize, and lead a diverse range of activities including sports, arts and crafts, theater, games, and educational sessions tailored to different age groups. Manage classroom or activity space to promote positive behavior, engagement, and cooperation among children. Provide first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or behavioral issues with compassion and professionalism. Collaborate with other staff members to develop age-appropriate curricula that support childhood development and learning objectives. Maintain clear communication with parents or guardians about daily activities, progress, and any concerns. Foster an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and encourages teamwork, creativity, and personal growth. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in settings such as daycare, camp counseling, tutoring, or early childhood education. Strong classroom management skills combined with the ability to motivate and engage children actively. Knowledge of behavior management techniques and childhood development principles. Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified. Background in special education or experience working with children with special needs is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members. Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for nurturing young minds through fun and meaningful activities.
