Job Description

## Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Lead Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of preschool-aged students through engaging educational activities. ## Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning and development
  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
  • Incorporate physical education, literacy education, and other educational activities into daily routines
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure individualized learning needs are met
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's educational journey
  • Participate in curriculum development and planning meetings
  • Conduct standardized testing or assessments as required
  • Implement early intervention strategies when necessary
  • Ensure child welfare and safety are top priorities at all times ## Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in childcare or preschool setting is advantageous
  • Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation strategies
  • Familiarity with special education practices is a plus
