Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Early Preschool Teacher to inspire and educate children aged 3 and 4 years old. In this vital role, you will create engaging learning environments, foster social-emotional development, and support early childhood growth through innovative teaching methods. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and respect among young children. Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure safety, engagement, and smooth daily routines. Support children's emotional well-being through behavior management strategies and individualized attention. Collaborate with families to share progress updates and discuss developmental milestones. Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and classroom activities in compliance with licensing requirements. Requirements Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting or daycare environment. Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members.
