• Manassas City is seeking a caring Lead Infant Teacher to guide daily routines in our infant classroom.

This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants develop secure relationships and early communication skills through consistent care and sensory exploration. Key Responsibilities Lead daily routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment Support assistant teachers and maintain classroom consistency Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and milestones Follow Virginia licensing requirements Qualifications High school diploma required Prior childcare experience required Experience working in an infant classroom preferred Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements
