Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a caring, energetic, passionate, and dependable Lead Pre-K Teacher to join our team! Kinderkidz is dedicated to creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. Duties Plan and implement developmentally appropriate weekly lesson plans. Create fun hands-on learning experiences that keeps the kids engaged throughout the day. Maintain a positive, structured and well-managed classroom environment. Observe and document children's developmental progress. Communicate effectively with families regarding their child's growth and activities. Follow all licensing regulations and center policies. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of every child in your care. Skills Strong expertise in curriculum development tailored for early childhood education settings. Skilled in classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families, staff, and community partners. Leadership and teamwork skills. Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. Ability to keep children engaged through hands-on learning. Problem-solving skills Qualifications High school diploma or GED required, CDA, associate's, bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or childcare setting Must be Pediatric CPR/First Aid certified Must pass a background check
