We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing consistent care and education in a stable, nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate flexibility and a commitment to meeting the needs of our schools.
Position Details:
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM (hours vary by location)
Locations:
Manassas and Woodbridge The right candidate will: Be committed to upholding standards for high quality child care at every level Meet the individual needs of the children, interact with all children to support play and learning Implement developmentally appropriate activities and lesson plans Participate in staff trainings and required teacher trainings Establish positive and effective communication and relationships with families Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, loving, and nurturing environment for all children Be able to lift 50 pounds Other duties as assigned Is familiar with the child care field and pay scale. Must have reliable attendance and accountability. Must have reliable transportation.
Requirements:
Minimum of six one experience working in a licensed child care facility High School Diploma or Equivalent CDA, Bachelor's degree or higher in ECE, Elementary Education, or related; or Current and active enrollment in an accredited Associates or Bachelor's degree program; or Ability to pass background and fingerprinting check Be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in English CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain Experience or education in physical education or sports medicine.
