Ocean View Christian Academy is seeking a loving, dependable Infant & Toddler Teacher to join our Early Learning team. This position provides nurturing, Christ‑centered care for children ages 6 weeks-24 months while supporting their spiritual, social‑emotional, and developmental growth. Responsibilities Provide a safe, warm, predictable classroom environment Maintain supervision and follow all safety protocols (including proper use of safety straps) Care for infants/toddlers through feeding, diapering, soothing, and routines Implement simple, developmentally appropriate activities Support spiritual growth through songs, prayer, and modeling Christlike character Communicate daily with families through Procare Keep the classroom clean & organized Work collaboratively with teammates and attend required trainings Shift options: 7:30a-4:30p,8:00-5:00p, 8:30a-5:30p, 9a-6p

Qualifications Personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to Christian education Experience with infants/toddlers in a childcare setting preferred Strong communication skills, patience, and a nurturing disposition Ability to lift 30+ lbs and engage in active caregiving Must pass background checks and meet state requirements Minimum High School Diploma, GED, and a minimum of one year of documented Childcare experience
