In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that fosters curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Responsibilities Design and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to toddler developmental stages, incorporating literacy education and early intervention strategies. Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and childhood development Support children's social-emotional growth through effective behavior management techniques and personalized attention Conduct regular assessments of each child's progress using assessments and observational tools to inform lesson planning Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate children's milestones, challenges, and progress in a clear and supportive manner Manage classroom routines efficiently, including transitions, meal times, outdoor activities, and nap schedules to ensure smooth daily operations Incorporate physical education activities and promote overall child welfare through active engagement and health-conscious practices Requirements Proven experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting, preferably with toddlers or preschoolers Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, early childhood education standards, and classroom management techniques Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education for young children Experience with special education needs or early intervention programs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children Ability to create a nurturing environment that supports learning through play-based activities and structured lessons Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred; Montessori or preschool experience is a plus Join us in shaping the future by inspiring the youngest learners!
