  • Full-time About This Role We are looking for a reliable, kind, energetic person who LOVES babies
  • and who wants to work as part of an amazing childcare center team! The position is full time, Monday
  • Friday from 8:00 am
  • 5:00 pm. This person will work in one of our infant rooms, and should be comfortable with children ages 6 weeks
  • 2 years old.
  • Pay is dependent on experience and education.
The Neighborhood Learning Center serves children from infant through 5th grade and we are an active, friendly, FUN place to work! In 2024 AND 2025, we were the WINNER of Best of Loudoun for Best Child Care Center! What You'll Do Care for the infants including diaper changing, feeding, and LOVING on them! Pack each baby's items to go home for the day Transition each child and their belongings into the room in the morning and back to the parents in the afternoon Close the room for the day Requirements Love babies, love babies, love babies! Experience with infants Comfortable speaking with parents as they drop off or pick up their children Attention to detail in making sure every child is dropped off with needed information and belongings and goes home with their correct belongings (bottles, soiled clothing, daily sheet, etc) Able to bend, twist, sit on the floor, and lift up to 20 pounds Nice To Haves Experience in a childcare center setting.
