Job Description

Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for preschool children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your dedication will help lay the foundation for future academic success and personal confidence. Duties Develop and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children's individual needs. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate curiosity, encourage exploration, and enhance childhood development milestones. Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives. Manage classroom routines efficiently to ensure a safe, organized space conducive to learning and play. Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support children with diverse learning needs. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods when appropriate to monitor developmental progress and inform instructional strategies. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices. Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning within preschool or daycare settings. Expertise in curriculum development covering literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori approaches. Ability to work effectively with children of various ages, including toddlers and preschoolers requiring special attention or early intervention. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Familiarity with behavior management techniques that foster positive social interactions.
