• Sterling is seeking a flexible and dependable Support Staff / Floater to assist classrooms serving infants through preschool-aged children.

This role supports daily routines across age groups while helping maintain a safe, organized learning environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and working with multiple classroom teams. Key Responsibilities Provide classroom coverage across infant, toddler, and preschool programs Assist teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions Support playground supervision and learning center preparation Help maintain classroom organization and cleanliness Step into classrooms as needed to maintain ratios Communicate professionally with families and team members Follow Virginia licensing and safety requirements Qualifications High school diploma required Prior childcare experience required Comfortable supporting multiple age groups Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented Must meet Virginia childcare licensing requirements What We Offer Competitive hourly pay of $18
