Support toddlers and preschoolers with hands-on care, including feeding, diapering, and routine health checks. Requirements Prior experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar early childhood setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching physical education or tutoring activities. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention programs is preferred. Certification in early childhood education or related fields is highly desirable; Montessori training is a plus. Ability to create an inclusive environment that promotes child welfare and supports diverse learning needs.
