We aim to provide Christian-based learning at affordable costs to our local community. This position provides an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while working in a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate Christian-based lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for all students. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional growth. Monitor and assess children's progress in various developmental areas, providing feedback to parents as needed. Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other staff members to support each child's individual needs. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space conducive to learning. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including first aid protocols. Experience Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is highly desirable. Strong background in childhood development principles and practices. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Background in caregiving roles such as nannying or babysitting is beneficial. First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided.
