Salary $15 - $16/Hr Job Type Full Time Role Lead Teacher Setting Center-based Credential CDA Preferred About This Role This support staff member position at Eukarya King's Cubs in Winchester offers $15 - $16/Hr. The role requires a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, though it is preferred rather than required. The Eukarya King's Cubs Cameron Campus serves families with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, focusing on children 3 to 4 years old in the Preschool Program. As a Lead Teacher, you will be instrumental in preparing children for kindergarten. We are always accepting applications for this role. What You'll Do As a key member of our early education team, the Lead Teacher will develop and implement engaging activities, maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment, provide supportive communication to parents, and contribute to a collaborative team dynamic. Requirements We are seeking ministry-minded, dependable individuals to join our team of early educators. The ideal candidate must be available to work a Full-Time schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Nice to Have A certification in Child Development Associate (CDA) or an Associate's degree is a plus. CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus. Maternal and Child Health (MCH) certification is a plus.
