This individual must be capable of encouraging young individuals in a Godly, creative, nurturing and stimulating environment, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires commitment to educating children through play-based learning and instructed activities, ensuring each child feels valued and supported.

• RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.

Create a safe and caring classroom environment that encourages children's curiosity and creativity. Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other staff members to support each child's individual needs. Maintain accurate records of children's activities, attendance, and developmental growth. Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a positive atmosphere. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the classroom setting. Maintain a safe environment for all students.

• EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in preschool/daycare setting or related field.

• QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to pass background check Training/courses in early childhood development Current First Aid/CPR/Bloodborne pathogens Continuing education through Washington state
