A genuine love for infants and a commitment to respectful caregiving. Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices. Strong communication, observation, and teamwork skills. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Montessori Infant/Toddler credential preferred but not required for candidates eager to learn and grow within the Montessori philosophy. Why Join Our Montessori Community?

If you are passionate about Montessori education and believe that nurturing, respectful relationships lay the foundation for a child's future success, we would love to hear from you.

Apply Today! A peaceful, child-centered environment rooted in respect and care. Supportive leadership and collaborative colleagues. Opportunities for professional development and Montessori training.
